From ‘I used to’ to ‘Now I’

I have heard many stories about glory days and things people used to do years ago. One thing is always missing from these stories is visible proof or evidence today or that glory. I appreciate a good story, but I enjoy more what people are doing today. Old experiences are great. However, they don’t compare with the progress people are achieving today and the effort they are putting in for themselves now.

I do not have glory days. I had my moments, but not glory days. It is fun to remember those moments. Nevertheless, it is so much fun to talk about what is happening now… today! Yes, it is possible that “I used to”. Better yet, “Now I” …

Everyday is a new opportunity to reach new personal goals. Everyday is a new chance to push ourselves to achieve something that will motivate another step, and the next. What if we decide today to move towards a goal? What if we move forward? Keep the memory. Aim to a new goal.
