2012…

This year is full of great news and exciting opportunities. ArtEXPO NY is around the corner (March 22-25). I will be at booth #369. Email me for more info or visit artexponewyork.com for show times. I was also received the great news that I will be featuring in the book International Contemporary Masters VI which is going to be available by the end of the year. I will give you more information on that as it comes. Right after ArtEXPO, I have participation in some exhibits and I will give that information to you as well as I have it. Spring is going to be exciting. I will inform you about other possible exhibits for the Summer and Fall. Stay tuned.

I was trying to explain to my son that even the best get rejected and not appreciated sometimes, specially at the beginning of their careers. Michael Jordan was rejected to play varsity; Charles Chaplin won second place in a talent show where they were imitating him; I was never accepted to show my work in college, and apparently was not good enough for a masters program in sculpture. Well, there the story goes… not much to say about that but I am sure this is just the beginning.

Hi! 2012 is approaching with many good things happening! I will be updating this page soon with pictures from the new collection and more information about the exhibits coming up in 2012. It is going to be a great year!

Thank you to all of you who came to the art exhibit ETHEREAL this weekend and thank you to all who acquired a piece of who I am and what I do through the sculptures and the paintings. Enjoy your piece of art. I feel so proud and humbled that many pieces found a new home. Thank you to Jan Sexson for hosting the event at her new photography studio. I will be posting pictures very soon.

I am already working on new pieces for our next art exhibit which I hope is sometime in the spring 2012.

The Art Exhibit is Saturday and Sunday (details here). I am very excited about it and in has been an investment that I hope pays off. Emotions are high inside my head even thou I look relaxed in the outside. There are some details to cover and I know that tomorrow night it all be real. Hope to see you there.
